The routes below show published starting prices per person. A dated quote must confirm permits, staff, flights, lodging, meals, taxes, exclusions and change terms.
What every price includes
Published packages are intended to cover the route services shown in the written quote, which may include guide and porter support, permits, domestic flights, twin-share teahouse lodging and meals. Confirm each inclusion, current fee and group-discount rule before paying.
What's typically excluded
International airfare to Kathmandu, the Nepal tourist visa fee (paid on arrival), personal trekking gear, travel and high-altitude evacuation insurance, alcoholic drinks, hot showers and device charging at higher-altitude lodges (commonly charged per use above Namche), and tips for your guide and porters. We can advise on insurance providers, but arranging cover is the trekker's responsibility, not something bundled into package pricing.
Why prices vary by route
Longer routes cost more mainly because of extra porter and guide days, not a different fee structure — the Three Passes trek costs more than Everest Base Camp largely because it runs six days longer with more remote, less-serviced lodging along the way. Altitude and difficulty track duration closely across our routes, so a higher price generally means a longer, higher, harder trek, not a premium version of the same one.
