Privacy Policy
This page explains the information we receive when you ask us to plan a trek and how we use it to respond.
Reviewed 25 August 2026
Information you choose to send
The enquiry form may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, route preferences, exact group size, approximate travel month and your question. We also receive the originating page, campaign or partner code when present in the link, your optional discovery-source answer, a request reference and your permission to reply. You can contact us by email or telephone instead; only share information needed for your enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to reply, prepare a route recommendation, check availability, clarify services, and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell enquiry information or use health-related notes for automated decisions.
Email delivery and retention
The website sends enquiries through Resend when the site owner has configured a Resend API key. The email service forwards the notification to the configured business inbox. A successful submission means the email service accepted it; contact us directly if no reply arrives within two business days. Ask the business directly how long a particular enquiry will be retained and request deletion when it is no longer needed.
Do not submit passport numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive documents through this form.
Your choices
To ask what enquiry information is held, correct it, or request deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to retain limited correspondence where required to resolve a booking or legal dispute.
Updates
This policy may change when the form, email provider, analytics, or booking process changes. The page date below is the date of the latest editorial review, not a promise that third-party providers have unchanged terms.
