Booking Conditions
An enquiry starts a conversation; it is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of a price, flight, lodge, guide, or route.

Enquiries and quotes
A planning estimate in the website form is not a final price. A written quote should identify the departure dates, route, services, taxes, exclusions, currency, validity period, and the assumptions used for domestic transport and accommodation.
When a trek is confirmed
A booking becomes confirmed only when the business sends written confirmation and the traveler accepts the stated payment and cancellation terms. The enquiry form does not take a deposit or create a contract by itself.
Changing mountain logistics
Weather, flight operations, trail conditions, lodge availability, local rules, and safety decisions can require a change. The final booking documents should explain how substitutions, extra nights, transport changes, and unused services are handled.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, appropriate insurance, medical advice where relevant, honest fitness and health information, following guide and local safety instructions, and allowing realistic buffer time before an international flight.
Ask before paying
If a quote does not state the deposit, balance date, cancellation scale, flight-delay costs, evacuation arrangements, or insurance exclusions, ask for those terms in writing before sending money.
